Ganderbal: The body of a 12 year old boy who drowned in Nallah Sindh at Fatehpora area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday was recovered on Monday, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the body of the teenager was recovered during a search operation launched following the incident this morning.
The deceased was identified as Mohsin Mukhtar (12), son of Mukhtar Ahmad Lone, a resident of Bamloora, Ganderbal.
Cognizance of the incident has been taken and the body will be handed over to the family after completion of necessary formalities.—(KNO)
