The collaboration would provide serving personnel, veterans, and wards of Veer Naris sponsored by the Army with access to postgraduate management programmes, executive education, specialised certificate programmes, and short-term management development initiatives, he said.

He said it will also foster collaborative research, customised management training and faculty and officer exchanges.

Defence-specific case study development, seminars, conferences, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, among others, also form part of the MoU.

Additionally, the MoU envisages scholarships and fee concessions for eligible Army personnel, access to research and library facilities on mutually agreed terms, the establishment of a Joint Steering Committee to oversee implementation, and the provision of up to 40 seats in six-month executive programmes, subject to applicable academic regulations, the spokesperson said.

Prof Sahay said the collaboration was aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy, promoting multidisciplinary learning, research, and institutional partnerships for capacity building.

Maj Gen Yeole expressed confidence that the strategic partnership would nurture future-ready leaders capable of addressing contemporary organisational and strategic challenges.
