“Both the accused are habitual offenders with involvement in multiple cases registered under the NDPS Act. Despite repeated legal action, they continued to indulge in illicit drug trafficking, posing a serious threat to society, particularly the youth,” the spokesperson said.

After completing all legal formalities and obtaining the competent authority’s approval, detention warrants under the PIT-NDPS Act were executed, and both accused have been lodged in Central Jail, Kot Bhalwal, Jammu.
