Pulwama: Minister for Education, Social Welfare, Health and Medical Education, Sakeena Itoo, on Thursday visited Aripal in Tral and addressed a public gathering, assuring people of continued efforts towards equitable development and timely resolution of their concerns.
The Minister was accompanied by Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Chowdhary Mohammad Ramzan and MLA Hazratbal Salman Sagar.
Interacting with the gathering, Sakeena Itoo said the government remains committed to addressing public issues and strengthening service delivery across all areas.
She highlighted that sustained efforts are being made to accelerate developmental initiatives and improve the quality of life of people through better public facilities and welfare measures.
The Minister said public welfare and inclusive development continue to remain among the key priorities of the government. She highlighted various initiatives aimed at socio-economic upliftment and improving infrastructure in important sectors, including health, education, social welfare and other essential services.
She urged people to actively participate in the development process and maintain close coordination with the administration for effective grievance redressal.
During the event, several delegations and individuals from different parts of the Tral area apprised the Minister of their demands and highlighted various developmental issues and public concerns.
The Minister gave a patient hearing to the issues raised and assured the people that all genuine grievances would be taken up for timely redressal.
