NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred Anand Jain, IPS (AGMUT: 1999), from Jammu and Kashmir to Ladakh and appointed him as the Director General of Police (DGP), Ladakh.
According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on June 22, Jain has been posted as DGP, Ladakh, with immediate effect and until further orders.
The order stated that the transfer has been made with the approval of the competent authority.
