BOPEE conducts CET for M.Sc. Technology courses; 312 candidates appear

SRINAGAR The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations on Saturday conducted the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to M.Sc. Technology courses for the academic session 2026-27 at examination centres in Srinagar and Jammu.

The examination was held at Government College for Women M A Road Srinagar and Government MAM College Jammu, with 312 candidates appearing in the test.

According to BOPEE, adequate arrangements were made in coordination with the respective college administrations and law enforcement agencies to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination under the guidance of Professor Minu Mahajan.

The entrance test was conducted smoothly at both centres, and no untoward incident or case of unfair means was reported during the examination.

The Chairperson, along with BOPEE Members, the Secretary, Controller of Examinations and other officials, monitored the conduct of the CET at both Jammu and Srinagar centres.

BOPEE also expressed gratitude to the staff of the examination centres and officials deployed under the supervision of the respective Deputy Commissioners for ensuring the successful and smooth conduct of the entrance test.
