Several delegations, dignitaries call on LG

Srinagar: Several individuals, delegations and dignitaries called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday and discussed various matters of public, developmental and organisational importance.

Senior Director of the National Informatics Centre (NIC), J&K UT Centre, Sanjay Kumar Puri, called on the Lieutenant Governor at Lok Bhavan.

In a separate meeting, former Vice Chairman of the District Development Council Shopian and BJP J&K Co-Convener Irfan Manhas also met the Lieutenant Governor.

A delegation of Mehboob ul Alam Sports Club Kashmir led by its Manager Shabir Ahmad Shah called on the Lieutenant Governor and discussed issues related to the upcoming Chinar Premier League (CPL) eighth edition.

Later, a delegation of the Kashmir Timber Association led by its Chairman Jameel Ahmad Dar also called on the Lieutenant Governor.

Former Governor of Punjab Vijayender Pal Singh Badnore met the Lieutenant Governor at Lok Bhavan.

Former Union Minister Karan Singh also called on Manoj Sinha and discussed various matters related to the development of Jammu and Kashmir.
