Srinagar: A delegation of the Municipal Workers Union, Jammu, on Monday called on Advisor to the Chief Minister, Nasir Aslam Wani, at the Chief Minister’s Public Service and Outreach Office (Raabita) in Srinagar.
During the meeting, the delegation apprised the Advisor of various issues and concerns pertaining to municipal workers. Detailed discussions were held on a range of matters, including measures to strengthen public sanitation and improve working conditions for the municipal workforce.
Giving a patient hearing to the delegation, the Advisor observed that municipal workers play a vital role in maintaining civic amenities and ensuring urban health and cleanliness.
He assured the delegation that all issues raised during the interaction would be examined and addressed in a time-bound manner.
