Srinagar: University of Kashmir has extended the last date for submission of online application forms for admission to B.Tech and M.Tech programmes till May 21, 2026.

According to the Directorate of Admissions and Competitive Examinations (DACE), the extension applies to admissions advertised through Notification Nos. 07 and 08 of 2026 dated April 21, 2026.

Officials said the decision was taken following repeated requests from aspirants who were unable to submit their applications earlier due to various reasons.

The university stated that candidates can now submit their online application forms and update eligibility details up to May 21, 2026.

The Directorate further informed that applicants who have already submitted forms but have not updated their eligibility details can also complete the process within the extended deadline.

The university clarified that no further extension or updation of any kind will be allowed after May 21.
