Srinagar: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the passing away of Khazir Mohammad Sheikh, father of Member of Parliament Er. Rashid and MLA Khursheed Ahmad Sheikh, who breathed his last at AIIMS, New Delhi, after a prolonged illness.

Khazir Mohammad Sheikh was 85 years old.
