The SSP also inspected key police installations, including the Domail Checkpoint, Special Police Posts Ikhni, and Jhandi Morh, to assess the prevailing security arrangements and operational readiness.

At Ikhni and Jhandi Morh, Tibrewal directed personnel to maintain a structured roster for daily area domination and long-range patrols. Emphasising technology use, the spokesperson said he stressed optimising patrol mechanisms and strengthening engagement with local communities and Village Defence Guards (VDGs), particularly in remote and mountainous areas.

The SSP also reviewed infrastructure, the availability of ancillary equipment and preparedness for night operations.
