J&K Resident Commission reviews Karmayogi Portal progress during Sadhana Saptah

New Delhi: The Resident Commission of the Jammu and Kashmir Government organised a “Samuhik Charcha” at its office here as part of the observance of Sadhana Saptah, held from April 2 to April 8 and extended till April 10.

The programme was organised to review activities related to the Karmayogi Portal and to encourage greater participation of employees in the online learning initiative.

Officials said the event witnessed an encouraging response from employees, reflecting the success of the initiative in promoting professional development and inter-departmental coordination.

During the discussion, a structured review of the office’s progress on the portal was undertaken, and employees were informed about key courses available under the programme. The sessions highlighted the importance of these courses for professional growth and capacity building.

The “Samuhik Charcha” also provided a platform for open interaction, with officials sharing their experiences and discussing issues faced while accessing and completing the courses on the portal.

The concerns raised by employees were addressed during the programme, and individual issues were resolved on a one-to-one basis to facilitate smooth participation.

According to officials, the initiative was aimed at enhancing awareness, promoting active engagement and enabling employees to derive maximum benefit from the learning modules available on the Karmayogi Portal.
