Deputy CM pledges continued focus on public welfare

JAMMU: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary met with various public delegations in Jammu, reaffirming the government’s commitment to pro-people governance and addressing the community concerns. He engaged with the representatives from different sectors, discussing development initiatives and welfare schemes aimed at improving the quality of life for citizens.

“The present dispensation remains committed and steadfast towards responsive, transparent and pro-people governance in Jammu and Kashmir”, maintained the Deputy CM.

He emphasized that sustained efforts are being made to ensure an amicable resolution of public grievances while facilitating robust, inclusive and time-bound development across all regions of J&K.

Delegations from several districts, including Jammu, Srinagar, Baramulla, Anantnag, Rajouri, Samba, Ramban and other areas apprised the Deputy CM of a range of issues and demands.

The concerns raised primarily pertained to road development, employment opportunities, industrial expansion and other day-to-day challenges faced by the people.

Responding to the issies raised by the delegates, the Deputy Chief Minister discussed various matters with the concerned officials for prompt resolution. He assured the delegations that all their genuine issues would be taken up with the relevant authorities and addressed on priority.
