JAMMU: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha was today presented with a book authored by Brig. Dr Vijay Sagar Dheman (Retd.) titled Bloodlines Pahalgam: A Democracy Confronts Terrorism. The Lieutenant Governor congratulated the author on the publication of the book.
On the occasion, the Lieutenant Governor was also presented with the publication Valley of Shadows: The Untold Story of Terror in Kashmir (1947–2007).
Maj Gen Govardhan Singh Jamwal (Retd.) and members of the International Institute of J&K Studies and Analyses were also present.
In a separate meeting, a delegation of Pithoo and Pony Labour Union, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, Katra, led by its President Bhupinder Singh, called on the Lieutenant Governor.
Meanwhile, Devinder Singh Kaluria, Diksha Kaluria and Riya Kaluria, Chairman and Trustees of General Zorawar Singh Memorial Education and Charitable Trust, also called on the Lieutenant Governor
