Jammu: Two persons were killed while around 29 others sustained injuries after a passenger bus overturned following a collision with an SUV on the Jourian–Akhnoor road on the outskirts of Jammu city on Monday, officials said.

The accident took place in the Kotgarhi area when the bus, travelling from the border area of Jourian towards Akhnoor and reportedly at high speed, collided head-on with a Scorpio vehicle. The impact caused the bus to skid off the road and overturn, they said.
