The signing ceremony was attended by prominent dignitaries from both organisations, reflecting their shared commitment to educational transformation.

The signatories included Director, SCERT J&K; Dr Naseem Javed Chowdhary, Joint Director, SCERT J&K; Prof. (Dr.) Sindhu Kapoor, Chief Operating Officer; Binu Nair, Regional Head; Anil Bhatt and Project Head from Bharti Airtel Foundation, Sourab Sharma.

The collaboration will adopt a multi-pronged strategy, including joint development of age-appropriate curriculum modules, extensive capacity-building programmes for teachers and master trainers and phased implementation across schools in the Union Territory. The overarching goal is to ensure sustainable and measurable impact on student development.
