SRINAGAR: Educator and social worker Rouble Nagi today called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
The Lieutenant Governor congratulated Rouble Nagi on being conferred the prestigious GEMS Global Teacher Prize 2026.
Through the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation, Nagi has spearheaded a revolution in inclusive learning and established over 800 learning centres across the country.
The Lieutenant Governor hailed Nagi’s transformative impact on the Indian educational landscape and secured the future of thousands of underprivileged and out-of-school children.
“Ms. Rouble Nagi’s contribution to bringing education to the most marginalised is truly admirable. Her pioneering work serves as an inspiration for educators globally,” the Lieutenant Governor said.
During the interaction, Rouble Nagi also shared her mission to bridge the digital divide through new school digital centres and bring AI education to students in the most remote villages.
