Jammu: Director of the Amar Singh Sports & Youth Initiative, Martand Singh, on Monday called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and apprised him of various programmes being undertaken to promote sports and youth empowerment.
During the meeting, Singh briefed the Lieutenant Governor about a wide range of activities being carried out under the initiative aimed at engaging young people and encouraging their participation in sports and constructive community activities.
He also informed the Lieutenant Governor about the ongoing renovation and upgradation works at the museum located in Amar Mahal, being undertaken under the aegis of the Hari Tara Charitable Trust.
