The Minister, while responding to their concerns, assured the delegations that the same would be addressed on priority through coordinated departmental action.

Reaffirming the government’s commitment to responsive, transparent and citizen-centric governance, Satish Sharma emphasised that efficient and time-bound service delivery remains the cornerstone of effective administration. He stressed that every government office must function with a public-first approach, ensuring accessibility, accountability and prompt resolution of grievances.

The Minister highlighted the need for greater inter-departmental coordination to eliminate delays and enhance the quality of services being delivered to the people. He directed the concerned officers to conduct timely follow-ups, maintain regular communication with stakeholders and ensure that public grievances are resolved in a transparent and outcome-oriented manner.

Satish Sharma further instructed the officials to strengthen the monitoring mechanisms so that the benefits of various government welfare schemes reach the intended beneficiaries without procedural hurdles. He underlined that technology-driven governance, simplified procedures and proactive outreach are essential to improve public trust in institutions.

He added that sustained engagement with the public and grassroots-level feedback would continue to guide the government’s policies and developmental priorities.
