Addressing party leaders and workers, Ashok Koul elaborated on the VB GRAM G Bill, describing it as a landmark initiative focused on employment generation, rural empowerment, and inclusive development. He urged party leaders to actively convey the benefits of the Bill to the people, especially in rural and far-flung areas, so that maximum citizens can take advantage of the schemes aimed at strengthening village economies and creating sustainable livelihoods.

Koul further stressed the responsibility of party leaders to stand firmly with the people during the current harsh winter conditions, particularly when snowfall has led to road closures, disrupting daily life. He called upon BJP workers to ensure timely assistance, coordination with the administration, and on-ground support so that essential relief reaches the affected population without delay.

Highlighting the proactive role of the Narendra Modi-led Government, Ashok Koul spoke about the 1430 crore rupees relief and compensation provided to people who suffered losses during last year’s heavy flash floods. He said that the central government has shown deep sensitivity towards the hardships of the people of Jammu & Kashmir and has taken concrete steps to provide financial assistance, rehabilitation, and long-term safeguards against such natural calamities.

Speaking on the occasion, Anwar Khan said that the workshop and meetings reflect the party’s strong commitment to grassroots governance and public welfare, adding that BJP workers in Kupwara will ensure that government schemes and relief measures reach every deserving household. He asked for the resolve to further strengthen the party organisation and intensify people-centric outreach across Kupwara district.
