Srinagar: “Healthcare is the bedrock for building a stable, vibrant and prosperous society. Industry leaders in the healthcare sector must focus on world-class infrastructure to create a resilient society,” Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said on Monday as he laid the foundation stone for a 180-bedded super-speciality hospital in Srinagar.
The hospital coming up in the private sector, an official press release said, will boost medical infrastructure and enhance healthcare services for Srinagar city and nearby districts.
The LG congratulated and extended his best wishes to the group establishing the hospital and everyone associated with the hospital. He highlighted that the private investment in healthcare infrastructure is the cornerstone of sustainable national progress and a lifeline for society.
