Rafiabad: Rafiqa Begum, wife of former Jammu and Kashmir bureaucrat and noted poet Mohammad Maqbool Dar, popularly known as Maqbool Ferozi, and a resident of Ferozpora, Rafiabad, passed away on Thursday.
She was the mother of Shariq Maqbool Dar and Khurshid Maqbool Dar.
