The parking space for around 50 vehicles has been earmarked to facilitate employees of various offices, including the Financial Commissioner’s Office, Divisional Commissioner’s Office, and Deputy Commissioner’s Office.

The newly inaugurated parking facility is expected to provide significant relief to employees who were previously unable to park their vehicles conveniently due to space constraints.

On the occasion, the Divisional Commissioner directed police officials to assist in the efficient utilisation of the parking facility. He also instructed officials of the Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) to relocate electric poles from the parking area to ensure smooth functioning.
