SRINAGAR: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, on Monday reviewed the Action Taken Report (ATR) on resolving pending issues related to utility shifting from Hotel Centaur and the sharing of services between the hotel and SKICC.

The meeting was attended by the MD JKTDC, CE KPDCL, SE Jal Shakti, and officers from LCMA, SKICC, district administration, SMC, along with representatives of the concessionaire.

During the meeting, the Div Com assessed the progress on tendering of movable assets, issuance of building permissions to the concessionaire, payment of pending bills, segregation of services, vacation of rooms occupied by the DRI, and other related matters.

He directed the concessionaire to submit drawings for the proposed construction to LCMA for approval. The district administration was instructed to ensure the vacation of occupied rooms at Hotel Centaur.

Regarding the sharing of immovable utility services, the Div Com urged the concerned agencies to resolve the matter through mutual coordination.

The MD JKTDC was tasked with facilitating the smooth handover of the hotel to the concessionaire by addressing all pending issues. The concessionaire was also asked to clear outstanding power and water bills to avail fresh service connections.
