Srinagar: A 45-year-old man from Bihar died after being hit by a vehicle at Nowgam Bypass near Peaks Automobiles late Sunday night, officials said.
Quoting officials, news agency KNO reported that a man was injured in a road accident after being struck by a vehicle near Nowgam, Srinagar.
He said the man was soon shifted to the hospital, but was declared dead by doctors. He was later identified as Sukhadi Rawat (45), a resident of Bihar, who was presently living in Srinagar.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident.
