SRINAGAR: Renowned spiritual teacher Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Vice Chancellor of the Central University of Kashmir Prof. A. Ravindra Nath, and delegations of traders from Srinagar and Bandipora called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhavan today.
Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar discussed matters related to peace, spirituality, and social harmony with the Lieutenant Governor.
Later, Prof. A. Ravindra Nath apprised the Lt Governor of the ongoing academic and administrative developments at the Central University of Kashmir and shared future plans for strengthening the institution’s educational framework.
A delegation of the Traders Association Central Lal Chowk, Srinagar, led by its President Feroz Ahmad Baba, also met the Lt Governor and projected various welfare issues concerning the traders’ community. Similarly, a delegation of the Traders Federation Bandipora, headed by its President Ali Mohammad Hajam, called on the Lt Governor and raised issues pertaining to the business fraternity of the district.
The Lt Governor assured the delegations of appropriate consideration of their genuine demands and concerns.
