Jammu: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday paid obeisance at the Vaishno Devi shrine and prayed for the people of the region, officials said.
The cave shine, situated at an altitude of 5200 ft in Reasi district, attracts millions of devotees every year.
The officials said Sinha paid obeisance at the shrine.
He prayed for the well-being of all and for peace and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir, they added.
