Recruitment rally for 162 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) JAK LI to be held at Rangreth

Srinagar: The 162 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry (JAK LI) will be organising a recruitment rally at the JAK LI Regimental Centre, Rangreth, Srinagar, from November 15 to November 21, 2025.

Eligible candidates are required to report at 4:00 AM on the date mentioned on their Admit Cards, along with all necessary documents and 25 passport-sized photographs. Candidates must strictly adhere to the date specified on their Admit Card, as no change of date will be permitted.

Items such as mobile phones, watches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the rally premises. Candidates, however, are allowed to carry money for personal expenses.

The recruitment process will be conducted in a transparent, fair, and impartial manner. The authorities have emphasized that selection will be made purely on merit, and have cautioned aspirants not to fall prey to touts or anti-social elements claiming to influence the recruitment process.
