Minister also underscored the importance of expanding the network of LPG distribution agencies. He stressed the need to establish more outlets in rural and border areas so that families residing in remote regions are not deprived of timely access to cooking gas.

He directed the officials of FCS&CA to work in close coordination with oil companies for streamlining distribution channels and continuously monitor stock positions to avoid any shortage.

Reiterating the Government’s commitment to public welfare, Satish Sharma said that ensuring essential supplies, including LPG, is our top priority, and every necessary step is being taken to safeguard the interests of consumers across Jammu and Kashmir.
