SRINAGAR: The Haj Committee of India (HCI) has announced that all pilgrims who performed Haj in 2022 through the Committee will receive a refund of ₹9,772 each.
The amount will be directly credited to the bank accounts of the respective Cover Heads, as mentioned in the Haj application forms at the time of submission.
The Committee has clarified that pilgrims are not required to submit any documents or visit the Haj House to claim the refund. It has also urged pilgrims to remain cautious and not share sensitive details such as OTPs, KYC information, or account numbers with anyone.
Officials emphasized that the process is being carried out automatically, and pilgrims should ignore any unauthorized communication seeking personal or banking details.
