The trucks, carrying essential items including daily necessities, were formally received at Industrial Area Gangyal by J&K BJP President Sat Sharma (CA).

He was accompanied by party General Secretaries Baldev Singh Billawaria and Gopal Mahajan, District President Naresh Singh, Relief Store Incharge Ramesh Gupta, Deepak Gupta, and other senior leaders of the party.

Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma expressed gratitude to BJP Maharashtra for extending timely help to the people of Jammu & Kashmir in this hour of distress. He said that the relief material will be promptly dispatched to the flood-hit regions to ensure that the affected families receive immediate support. He said that the priority is to reach out to those who have lost their homes, belongings, and means of livelihood. BJP stands firmly with every family in their struggle for rehabilitation, he said.

Sharma further informed that more consignments from Maharashtra and other states are expected in the coming days. These supplies will strengthen ongoing relief efforts being carried out by the party, its volunteers, and social organizations working in coordination with the local administration.

Baldev Billawaria said that the BJP is committed to serving the people of Jammu & Kashmir and will continue to mobilize resources from across the country until normalcy is restored in the flood-affected areas.

Gopal Mahajan stressed that the distribution will be carried out in a transparent and organized manner so that maximum benefit reaches those in real need.
