SRINAGAR: Minister for Education, Sakeena Itoo, has expressed deep grief over the tragic road accident at Behnipora area of Handwara in which a Government teacher, Irshad Ahmed Lone, lost his life and many were injured.
In her condolence message, the Minister extended her deepest sympathies to the bereaved family. She described the deceased teacher as a dedicated educator who served the community with commitment and integrity.
The Minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed her solidarity with the grieving family during this difficult time.
Meanwhile, the Minister also prayed for swift recovery of injured persons. She directed the administration and GMC Handwara authorities to provide all possible assistance to the injured.
