Speaking on the occasion, the Director of School Education congratulated the newly promoted headmasters and encouraged them to embrace the responsibilities that come with their new role.

He emphasized that a promotion from master to headmaster is not just a change in designation, but a shift in duty from being solely an academician to becoming the administrative head of the school with increased responsibilities requiring leadership, management, and vision.

Furthermore, Dr. Itoo encouraged the newly promoted Headmasters to lead by example and build a positive work culture that fosters accountability, innovation, and student-centric growth.

Meanwhile, CEO Baramulla stressed on the headmasters to stay updated with departmental policies and administrative procedures to ensure smooth functioning of their respective schools.

During the three-day orientation program, experts from SCERT offered comprehensive guidance to newly promoted headmasters on effectively handling administrative, financial, and academic responsibilities.

The headmasters were also updated on key aspects of the National Education Policy, including strategies to overcome challenges, implement policy frameworks, and adopt effective methods to improve the overall quality of education.
