Srinagar: Continuing its mission to uplift youth and foster sports culture in the Valley, Khyber Cement, the market leader in cement manufacturing in Kashmir, took centre stage once again during the 14th match of the Khyber Cement Kashmir Super League.

The match kicked off with Greenend Heroes FC gaining an early advantage through a goal by Aqib Mushtaq, setting the pace for an intense contest. However, New JK United FC’s Afreen Parray turned the tide with two quick, electrifying goals, shifting the momentum and energizing his side. Fast-paced play, technical finesse, and relentless determination from both teams made this match one of the most gripping showdowns of the season.

The side-line strategy led by Hilal Rasool Parray, Head Coach of New JK United FC, played a pivotal role in the team’s comeback. His composure and tactical insight once again proved why he is regarded as one of the most respected football minds in the region.

Award Winners of the Match:

Khyber Cement Game Changer Award – Furqan Nabi

Khyber Cement Player of the Match – Afreen Parray

The evening concluded with a grand felicitation ceremony, attended by distinguished dignitaries including Mr. Waheed Ur Rehman Parra (MLA Pulwama), Mr. Arjun Singh Raju (MLA Ramban), and Er. Khurshid Ahmad (MLA Gulabgarh). The guests congratulated the teams and praised the growing football talent emerging from Kashmir through such platforms.

With every passing match, Khyber Cement reaffirms the company’s core philosophy of ‘Dil Se Banao’ — a belief that goes beyond cementing buildings to cementing lives, aspirations, and opportunities. By creating avenues for young athletes to shine, Khyber Cement is actively investing in the future of the region, nurturing local potential, and strengthening community pride.

As the undisputed market leader in the cement industry in Kashmir, Khyber Cement continues to blend performance with purpose—cementing not just structures, but also dreams and hopes.

This league stands as a vibrant example of that vision—uniting hearts, building futures.
