Committee on Petitions meets in Srinagar

SRINAGAR: The House Committee on Petitions of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly today convened a meeting at the Assembly Complex in Srinagar to deliberate on various public petitions referred to the Committee.

The meeting was chaired by Committee Chairman Pirzada Farooq Ahmad Shah and attended by members Mushtaq Guroo, Salman Sagar, and Mian Mehar Ali.

The Committee reviewed issues highlighted in the multiple petitions.

The members emphasized that each petition would be taken up seriously and reviewed thoroughly to ensure appropriate redressal.

The discussions focused on identifying practical and time-bound solutions to the grievances raised by citizens.

The Chairman underlined the Committee’s responsibility to meticulously examine each petition and ensure that genuine concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

The members of the Committee actively participated in the deliberations, offering constructive suggestions and feedback.
