The Mission Director was informed that the creation of IDs for Panchayat functionaries is ongoing, which will pave the way for the creation of Online Dashboards in each district under JJM. He urged the DPMUs to expedite the process so that the information related to the implementation of JJM is readily available in the public domain, ensuring transparency in the works being executed under JJM.

The Mission Director conducted a comprehensive review of the Har Ghar Jal certification progress in villages. He directed the District Programme Management Units (DPMUs) to expedite the reporting of Har Ghar Jal villages, ensuring prompt resolution of any minor issues that may arise during the certification process. He also had a district-wise review of water quality issues affecting the tapped sources or drilled bore wells. He was informed that quality issues, wherever encountered, are being resolved by identifying and tapping the alternate sources.

He directed the DPMUs to ensure that water testing in Schools and Anganwadi Centres is done twice every month as per the new direction regarding water quality surveillance protocol.

Khurshid Shah also discussed the geo-tagging of assets and sources. He directed the DPMUs to complete the process of geo-tagging within the set timelines.
