Srinagar: Police have arrested a drug peddler in Kupwara and recovered contraband substance from his possession.
At a checkpoint near Shumnag, a substantial amount of cannabis-like substance was recovered from the possession of one Faisal Ahmad Parray, son of Wali Mohammad Parray of Trehgam, Kupwara, following which he was arrested and a case registered for further investigation, police said.
