During his interactions with party functionaries, Dr. Farooq passionately emphasized the vital role of engaging youth leaders in fortifying the party’s presence across all regions of Jammu and Kashmir.

“Incorporating more educated youth into key positions within the party will not only enhance the effectiveness of our organizational structure but also align our policies with the aspirations of our constituents,” he said adding, “Youth engagement in politics represents a crucial intersection of generational dynamics and democratic processes. In recent years, we have witnessed a remarkable surge in political activism among young individuals, often ignited by pressing issues that resonate with their lives. Young voters have proven their ability to influence elections, embodying a unique political identity that challenges traditional norms and paves the way for candidates who reflect their values. The recent assembly elections underscored the deep commitment our youth have towards our party’s vision. It is imperative that we build upon this momentum.”

“While young people bring fresh perspectives to political discourse, their voices often struggle to penetrate established power structures. It is essential to foster an environment that not only encourages their participation but also addresses the challenges they encounter in asserting their roles within the political landscape. Our party is actively working on this front, but we must intensify our efforts,” he added.
