Congress Party delegation visits family of martyred Syed Adil Hussain Shah

Srinagar: A high-level Congress Party delegation on Saturday visited the family of martyred Syed Adil Hussain Shah at Hapatnad Pahalgam in Anantnag District and expressed their heartfelt condolences and sympathies with the bereaved family.

J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Tariq Hammed Karra, CLP Leader and AICC General Secretary Ghulam Ahmad Mir led the delegation.

Congress Party delegation met the family members of Syed Adil Hussain Shah and expressed their heartfelt condolences and deep solidarity with the bereaved family. They hailed the valour of late Adil Hussain, who sacrificed his life ensuring the safety of tourists.

Both Karra and Mir, along with other members of the delegation, including Anantnag District President, Zaffar Farooq Salati, offered prayers for the departed soul, wishing the family strength and courage to endure this irreparable loss. The leaders hailed Shah’s bravery emphasizing that his sacrifice will always be remembered as a symbol of service to humanity.

The delegation later met stakeholders, including hoteliers, tourist guides, pony walls, transporters, etc and appreciated them for risking their lives while facilitating and saving the tourists.

Senior Congress Leaders Nissar Ahmad Mundoo, Dr. Audil Farooq Mir (Lasjan), Tanveer Hussain, Danish Khan, Dr. Waleed Karra and various other senior leaders of Anantnag district were part of the delegation.
