Govt to decide on holding Eid prayers at Eidgah: Chairperson J&K Waqf

Srinagar: Chairperson, Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board Dr Darakhshan Andrabi on Thursday said that the government will assess the possibility of holding Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at Eidgah in Srinagar.

“Whatever I was assigned to do I did, and the rest lies with the government. We see clouds in the sky and besides there are many issues which need to be reviewed by the government,” she told media persons in Srinagar.
