Driver killed in road accident in Poonch

Jammu: A driver was killed on Thursday after his vehicle met with an accident in the Chang Bufliaz area of Poonch district.

Quoting officials, news agency GNS reported that a vehicle (JK02BC-3245) lost control due to over-speeding and met with an accident.

In this incident, the driver of the vehicle was killed on the spot who has been identified as Sarwer Khan, son of Faiz Akber, resident of Bufliaz.

The body has been shifted to SDH Surankote for medico-legal formalities, while police have registered a case for investigation.
