Srinagar: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday arrested a Rural Development Department (RDD) official posted at the Block Development Office (BDO) Gund in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district while accepting a bribe.
ACB said Mohammad Ashraf Malik, Computer Operator, Rural Development Department, Block Gund, Ganderbal, was arrested while demanding and accepting bribe of ₹3000.
A case has been registered, and further investigation is in progress.
