Srinagar: An unidentified dead body was found inside a 1000-litre water tank at a residential house in Khrew area of Pampore town on Thursday.
Quoting sources, news agency KDC reported that the body was recovered from a water tank at the residence of Ghulam Nabi Shah, son of Gh Mohi-ud-Din, in New Colony, Khrew, Pampore.
Police have launched an investigation to ascertain the identity of the deceased, and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
