Srinagar: Leader of Opposition in J&K Legislative Assembly Sunil Sharma today alleged chief minister Omar Abdullah and MP Aga Ruhullah of diverting attention of people from unfulfilled promises, and termed the ongoing rift between the two as ‘fixed match’.
“The ongoing rift between Omar Abdullah and Aga Ruhullah is a fixed match. It is aimed at diverting attention of people from the unfulfilled promises of the National Conference (NC), including employment, free electricity, restoration of Article 370 and others,” BJP leader Sunil Sharma said.
Sharma, who is MLA from Padder-Nagseni Assembly segment, claimed that NC MLAs are ‘unhappy’ with the functioning of Omar Abdullah-led government, which has led to the delay in cabinet expansion.
“Any expansion could lead to internal splits within the party,” Sharma said.
