Govt orders transfer, posting of Private Secretaries

Srinagar, Dec 9: The Jammu and Kashmir administration has ordered a reshuffle of senior officials in various departments.

According to the details, several key officials have been transferred to new roles with Mehmood Ahmad Shah, Director, Handlooms and Handicrafts, Kashmir, transferred and posted as Managing Director, Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL).

Nisar Ahmad Wani, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Member, J&K Special Tribunal (Srinagar Bench). Dr. Ghulam Nabi Itoo, Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, has been transferred and posted as Director, School Education, Kashmir.

Gulzar Ahmad Dar, Special Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.

Mussarat-ul-Islam, Managing Director, KPDCL, is transferred and posted as Director, Handlooms and Handicrafts, Kashmir.

Vikas Gupta, Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction, is transferred and posted as Director, Tourism, Jammu.

Kanta Devi, Special Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, is transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Jammu.

Syed Qamar Sajad, Additional District Development Commissioner, Baramulla, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Cable Car Corporation.

Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Special Secretary to the Government, Jal Shakti Department, is transferred and posted as Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission.

Anju Gupta, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.

Parveez Ahmad Raina, Member, J&K Special Tribunal (Srinagar Bench), is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, State Taxes (Administration & Enforcement), Kashmir, against an available vacancy.

Soheel Noor Shah, Additional Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology, and Environment.

Masarat Hashim, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam.

Qazi Irfan Rasool Zargar, Registrar-cum-Controller of Examinations, SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir.

Mohammad Aslam, Joint Director, Information, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Registrar-cum-Controller of Examinations, SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar.

Vivek Modi, Director, Land Management, Jammu Development Authority, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Floriculture, Parks, and Gardens Department.

Tariq Hussain, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Gulmarg.

Garbi Rashid, Additional Secretary to the Government, Floriculture, Parks, and Gardens Department, is transferred and posted as Director, Land Management, Jammu Development Authority.

Syed Shahnawaz, Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Kashmir.
