Tangmarg: A casual employee of the Power Development Department (PDD) sustained serious injuries after falling from an electric pole while repairing a transmission line near Tingmarg TCP on Monday.
The injured worker, identified as Mushtaq Ahmed Dar, son of late Ghulam Hasan Dar, and a resident of Mahain Tingmarg, was performing maintenance on the line when he lost his balance and fell.
Following the incident, Mushtaq was rushed to the Sub-District Hospital in Tangmarg for immediate medical attention. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was later referred to a hospital in Srinagar for advanced treatment.
