Srinagar: A Thar vehicle fell into the Dal Lake along the foreshore road in Srinagar on Monday.
Fortunately, there was no passenger on board in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Quoting eyewitnesses, the news agency KNT reported that the driver had parked the vehicle on the roadside when it suddenly rolled backwards and slipped into the lake before flipping upside down.
“It seems that the vehicle was not securely parked,” said an eyewitness.
