These KKGs, set up as key support hubs for local farmers, aim to improve access to resources, streamline operations, and provide essential agricultural services.

Addressing the meeting, the DC impressed upon the Krishi Udyamis (KUs) running these KKGs to make specialized service as their golden motive so as to facilitate the farmer community of the district in availing benefits under various government-sponsored schemes.

She asked the Chief Agriculture Officer to onboard the KUs in Kissan Sampark Abhiyan so that the people get awareness about the role of Kisan Khidmat Ghars and benefit at large.

The DC also interacted with the Krishi Udyamis who provided their feedback about the functioning of their KKGs on the ground.

The KKG initiative aligns with broader government efforts to strengthen rural agricultural infrastructure, aiming to boost productivity and support the livelihood of the district’s farming community.

Among others, ADDC Kupwara, Gulzar Ahmad Bhat; Chief Agriculture Officer, CPO, CHO, CAHO, DSHO, besides, Krishi Udyamis attended the meeting.
