Govt orders transfers in administration

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered transfers and postings of several officials with immediate effect.

As per an order, Fayaz Ahmad Khan has been transferred from the office of Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir, and posted in SKIMS, Soura on an ex-cadre basis.

Firdous Ahmad Wani, who had been awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted in the Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment to work with the Administrative Secretary.

Masroof Sultan Guroo is transferred from SKIMS, Soura to the office of the Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir, on an ex-cadre basis.

Sami Ullah Mir is moved from the office of Principal, SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, Bemina, Srinagar, and posted in the J&K Public Service Commission.

Naresh Sharma, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted in the Transport Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.

Nisar Ahmad Bhat has been transferred from the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj to the Information Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.

Irshad Ahmad has been moved from the JK Public Service Commission to the office of the Principal, SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, Bemina, Srinagar.

Additionally, Lakshman Kumar Sharma has been transferred from the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, to the Directorate of Horticulture, Jammu, and Soma Kumar is transferred from the Government College of Engineering & Technology, Jammu, to the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.

Ashok Kumar Sharma has been transferred from the Directorate of Horticulture, Jammu, and will await further posting in the General Administration Department.

Ishrat Hussain Thoker who was awaiting adjustment, has been posted in the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj to work with the Administrative Secretary.

All the above officers and officials are deemed to have been relieved with immediate effect, as part of the administrative reshuffle, the order said.
