He expressed his support for AMK’s mission and underscored the role of legislative backing in fostering initiatives aimed at promoting the Kashmiri language through modern tools.

Dr. Rafiq Masoodi, Patron of Adbi Markaz Kamraz, delivered a keynote address, emphasizing the need for AMK to lead in harnessing technology for cultural preservation. He shared his vision of how AI can be used to create learning tools, digital archives, and interactive resources that will support Kashmiri language learners worldwide.

Dr. Masoodi’s remarks reflected his commitment to AMK’s mission and the urgency of integrating modern technology to ensure the language’s survival.
